Getting to Really Know Jesus
Intro:
To better know Jesus, we must first understand how He feels towards us.
I. In the deep recesses of eternity past, a challenge was issued to the sovereignty of God – Rev. 12:7-10
II. Satan continues his challenge – Gen. 3:1-5, Job 1:5-12
III. Man joined in – Gen 6:5-6, and God destroyed
IV. Man continued to rebel
Babel – Gen. 11:1-9
Tyre – Ezekiel 28:1-10
Nebuchadnezzar – Isaiah 14:4-17
Belshazzar – Daniel 5:18-23
V. God has permitted time to permeate eternity to defend and prove His Sovereignty.
