Introduction
The first question one might ask is, “Why another book on first principles?” This question may not be so easy to answer. I have listed a few reasons why I have undertaken this task. In my estimation …
- … many 1st principles studies are inaccurate.
- … many are incomplete.
- … many are poorly arranged.
The next question one might ask is, “Why should Bob White choose to be the author of such a book.” This question may be even harder to answer. I readily admit there are many others who could do a better job than myself. But if that fact prevented me from writing then it would also prevent my preaching and teaching, my mission work, and all other areas of my service to God because I am not the best at anything – I never have been.
Some will say, and have said, that I do this to promote myself. If such is true then God will deal with me in eternity. I would only say in defense of this work that truth, even from the pen of a hypocrite, is still truth.
The theme for this work will be, “The Bible is always right, I may not be.” I encourage all who use this work to rely on the Scriptures to verify or nullify the teachings contained here-in.
